Liberate Collective membership is an annual subscription billed at $99/year via Stripe. Membership grants access to pre-negotiated discount rates on Zoho and PitchBook, the Member Portal, and the Founder Forum. Membership is non-transferable and limited to one individual or entity per subscription.
PitchBook access is provisioned through our reseller agreement. Credentials are issued within 24 hours of membership activation. Use of PitchBook is governed by PitchBook's own end-user license agreement. Zoho affiliate discounts are applied at checkout via our affiliate links. Zoho product use is governed by Zoho's terms of service.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial membership periods. If PitchBook access has not yet been provisioned, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
You agree not to share membership credentials, resell access to partner tools, or use the Founder Forum to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial content. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
Liberate Collective acts as an intermediary for third-party software products. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service changes by Zoho, PitchBook, or any other partner platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from membership is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, NY.
