We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, and company details submitted through our intake wizard or lead forms. We also collect standard server logs and analytics data (page views, referrer, device type) through our hosting provider.
We use your contact information to follow up on your software inquiries, deliver membership benefits (PitchBook access credentials, Zoho discount codes), and send relevant product updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We share data with partners only as needed to fulfil your membership: Stripe processes payments; PitchBook and Zoho receive the minimum information required to provision your access. Each partner operates under their own privacy policy.
We use session cookies for authentication on the Member Portal and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of the Member Portal may not function without them.
We retain your contact and billing records for seven years to comply with US tax and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of marketing records at any time by emailing hello@liberatecollective.com.
